Terms and Conditions


1. Introduction

Welcome to the mobile applications (the “Apps”) operated by Technoapp Solution Private Limited (“Technoapp Solution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Apps available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use our Apps.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Apps only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

By using our Apps, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.


3. License to Use the Apps

Subject to these Terms, Technoapp Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable Usage Rules.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
  • Circumvent any security or access controls in the Apps
  • Use automated systems to access the Apps in a manner that exceeds normal use

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Technoapp Solution and its licensors.


4. Apple App Store Terms

These Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Technoapp Solution only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”)
  • Technoapp Solution, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and their content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Apps
  • In the event of any failure of the Apps to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Apps
  • Technoapp Solution, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Apps, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims
  • Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you


5. User Accounts

Some features of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

6.1 General

Certain features of our Apps may be offered on a free, one-time purchase, or subscription basis. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store / iTunes billing system and are subject to Apple’s payment and subscription terms.

6.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen subscription plan
  • The renewal charge will be the then-current subscription price displayed in the App Store at the time of renewal, unless otherwise stated
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or through your Apple ID account settings on the App Store
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable
6.3 Subscription Plans and Pricing

Subscription plans (such as weekly, monthly, or yearly), pricing, and billing intervals are clearly displayed in the Apps and in the App Store listing before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are charged in the currency associated with your Apple ID.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will apply to subsequent renewal periods in accordance with Apple’s policies. Where required, Apple or we will notify you of price changes before they take effect.

6.4 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • Eligibility, duration, and conditions will be presented before you start the trial
  • At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends
  • Free trials may be limited to one per Apple ID, as determined by Apple and/or us
6.5 Cancellation and Refunds
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. Technoapp Solution does not directly process or control App Store refunds

6.6 Restoration of Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you may restore previous purchases using the restore purchases feature within the App, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.


7. User Content and Conduct

If our Apps allow you to upload, store, create, or share content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely as needed to provide and improve the Apps.

You agree not to use the Apps to:

  • Upload or share unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful content
  • Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Apps

We reserve the right to remove User Content and restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials included in the Apps (excluding User Content) are owned by Technoapp Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.


9. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.


10. Third-Party Services

The Apps may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Apps are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Apps will meet your specific requirements
  • Any content or data obtained through the Apps will be accurate or reliable

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technoapp Solution and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Apps or subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), or the equivalent in local currency, to the extent applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Technoapp Solution and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Apps
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your User Content


14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Apps.

Upon termination:

  • The license granted to you under these Terms will end
  • You must stop using the Apps and delete them from your devices
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply

Active App Store subscriptions remain subject to Apple’s cancellation and billing rules until cancelled by you.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Apps, the App Store listing, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Apps after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Apps and cancel any active subscriptions.


16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Insert City, India], unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.


17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.


18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within a specific App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Technoapp Solution regarding your use of the Apps and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
